The core business of the company is selling and buying of properties on behalf of its customers and indeed on its behalf. The core customers are buyers and sellers of properties mainly in the urban areas of Zambia and the farming blocks.The company has evolved into construction and property development as well as land development.
Horizon Properties construction division is fully fledged and offers construction services to both the public and private sector.Among the services offered are design and build,infrastructure services,construction management,civil and electrical engineering,pre-construction works,shopping malls,factories,office complexes,major renovations etc.
Background
The company was established as a business name under cap. 389 of the laws of Zambia under number 136240 in the index of registration in 2002. It operated on a limited scale then until 2005. However, due to the growth in the business and clientele the Directors decided to incorporate the entity to absorb the expanded responsibilities to take care of the growing number of customers.
Since then, Horizon Properties limited has strived to reach out and meet customers’ needs and expectations through the delivery of property services in terms of Sales, Rentals, Management, and building construction services. The quality and appreciation of our services is reflected in the number of new customers and referrals from our satisfied clients.
