Hendricks Security is a company that has been found on principles of modernization which represent provision of security services using present day security techniques, latest technologies and latest equipment to insure a quality and reliable service is rendered to our clients. Hendricks Security guards are ideal when you want a physical presence to protect your home or business or enforce procedures within commercial activities. Hendricks Security guards go through an extensive in-house training and assessment program to ensure they maintain a high level of professionalism and carry out their duties to the highest standards.
We recognize that on site instruction and familiarization is a key when you want to drive the effectiveness of a guard. As a result, we always deploy our officers with duty instructions, no matter how simple, to help maintain motivation and direction. Hendricks security are able to offer a range of guarding solution, trained to suit your specific needs.

SECURITY SERVICES
1.1 Guarding
By combining our rich experience and heritage with fresh, new management techniques, we are able to completely separate ourselves from the competition. We drive a standard of quality and service delivery that not only we as company can be proud of, but you as a client should demand.
1.1.1 Armed Guarding
Armed guards are deployed when an enhanced level of security is needed to protect your home or business. Hendricks Security armed guards act as a further deterrent to criminals and can be used to protect vulnerable or high value sites. Hendricks Security Armed guards go through the same initial training as our fixed guards before receiving additional advanced training in weapons handling and first aid, ensuring they are capable of carrying out their duty to the highest standard.
1.1.2 Dog Section
Guard dogs dominate large open areas of ground, and are a serious deterrent to would be intruders. Dog Handlers must have worked in our general duties guard force for at least two years before they are eligible to apply for the role.
Those that are successful in passing the course continue to receive refresher training throughout their career. Our dog master runs a daily program that ensures our dogs are trained, exercised and cared for. The welfare of these working animals is his number one priority. Hendricks Security operates on a one-month stock reserve as the re-order level for uniforms and equipment.
2. PROTECTION AND ESCORT
Hendricks Security specializes in both VIP and high value goods protection and escort through our Tactical Support Unit. The aim of this specialist protection unit is to ensure the safety of persons and goods which may be under a general or specific threat. Operating country wide, we are able to mitigate the risk of targeted threats, hijacking and kidnapping while ensuring VIP's avoid danger flash points through a network of live situational monitoring and intelligence gathering.
Through preliminary consultation, we are able to provide a customized package that is tailored towards the needs of the client and the assessed threat level.
Our close ties with law enforcement, the high standard of our protection officers training and equipment, our live risk monitoring and advanced planning make our unit the preferred choice for protection and escort services through the country.
3. EVENTS SECURITY
We allow event organizers to ensure their main focus is making sure the event is running smoothly, not worrying about security. By combining the resources of a number of our departments, Hendricks Security are able to deploy a full range of security capabilities to your event, no matter the size.

Hendricks Security has a wealth of experience in securing both homes and businesses throughout Zambia with a range of technical security solutions, backed up by a strong response service. The department follows its own strict quality
Control standards to ensure the customer is always provided with a fast, concise and customised security solution that has been individually tailored to meet both the client’s needs and budget.
The alarms and technology department are able to provide:

RAPID RESPONSE TEAM
Hendricks Security response is regarded as one of the highest, most efficient, well equipped and well trained reaction units in Zambia. Hendricks Security operates a fleet of new response vehicles which are crewed by trained firearms officers. Alongside this, Hendricks Security response also operate a fleet of first response motorbikes (manned by TSU), able to tackle the heavy road traffic. This ensures we get assets on site much quicker than a vehicle only based response service. All first responders are supported by the main armed response fleet.
Whenever you press your panic button or an alarm sensor in your property picks up movement, a signal is sent via our control room to your nearest Armed Response unit. The response team will arrive, verify the cause of the signal and ensure all occupants and properties are safe and secure.
